2. Features
(1) Solid round steel pull rod structure design:enhance the tube
plate intensity,prevent tube plate cracking.
(2) Low-dropout explosion door design:anti-explosion,reduce
the damage of the boiler

agency,extend smoke flow,strengthen heat transfer
(4) "grate type" steam water separator:decrease steam
humidity,improve steam quality

4. Special design
(1) Adopt domestic and foreign advanced large furnace design
Increase the diametre of furnace on the basis of original
traditional design.expand the surface of radiant heat
exchange,mainly center on radiant heat exchange ,reduce the heat
exchange burden during the second and third return,and make the
fuel burning efficiently,reduce the harmful gas production.
Besides,the spiral hearth in the high temperature area not only
increase the area of radiant heat exchange, but also make a
resistance to the smoke movement.have a obvious effect about
radiation heat exchange.
(2) The spiral furnace design
Increase the overall strength of the furnace,make compensation for
the heat exchange and shrinkage automatically,avoid the
in-perfection of welded sew crack due to the change of tube plate
heating stress.Therefore,boiler has strong adaptability about
various of fuel,for example,heavy oil,light oil,natural gas,city
gas.
(3) Improve heat transfer technology
Apply the technology of heat transfer from “the light of Harbin
institute”.Adopt the design of efficient heat transfer screw thread
pipe and optimize the smoke speed.The output and heat efficiency of
boiler don’t decrease with the extend of operation time,thus
achieve a compact structure with 10% overload capacity.
5. Boiler usage
1. Steam boiler can be used for food industry, such as Yuba food factory, suace paste factory,etc.
2. Biomass fired steam boiler can be used for wood processing factory,sugar mills,feed processing facory.
3. Coal fired steam boiler can be used for textile factory, printing and drying factory.
