Description
Cylindrical roller bearing is the centripetal rolling bearing whose rolling component is cylindrical roller. The internal structure of cylindrical roller bearing adopts rollers arranged in parallel, and between rollers are equipped with spacer or isolation block, which can prevent the inclination of rollers or friction between rollers, and effectively prevent the increase of rotating torque.
Structure
Cylindrical roller and raceway are linear contact bearings. Large load capacity, mainly bear radial load. The friction between the rolling body and the rim of the ring is small, suitable for high-speed rotation. According to whether the ring has a space ring, it can be divided into NU, NJ, NUP, N, NF and other single row cylindrical roller bearings, and NNU, NN and other double row cylindrical roller bearings. The bearing is a separable structure with inner and outer rings.
Cylindrical roller bearings with inner or outer rings without guards, whose inner and outer rings can move relative to each other in the axial direction, so they can be used as free-end bearings. One side of the inner ring and the outer ring has a double guard, and the other side of the ring has a single guard cylindrical roller bearing, which can bear a certain degree of axial load in one direction. Advantages

5. The inner ring or outer ring can be separated for easy installation and disassembly.
How to Install Cylindrical Roller Bearing?
1. Heat the inner ring
Heat the inner ring in the oil tank (or induction heating), and the oil temperature of the oil tank can reach 100℃. The inner ring should be heated in the oil tank for 20 ~ 30 minutes. After heating, wipe off the oil layer on the surface of the roll neck with a clean rag.
2. Cooling inspection
Quickly lift the heated inner ring with the side marked "A" facing up; Quickly wipe off the two sides of the inner ring and the residual oil on the surface of the inner hole with a clean cloth, and then quickly install the inner ring on the roll neck. After cooling, check the contact between the inner ring and the shaft shoulder positioning ring with 100 pieces (that is, thickness gauge), and there should be no gap between them.
3. Install the inner ring
Install the other inner ring in the same way, with the side marked "B" on the outside. The two inner rings must be in close contact with each other. Press the seal ring into the back of the bearing box. Bearing box flat downward behind. Make sure that each refueling hole is unimpeded, and remove burrs from the edge of the axle box refueling hole.
4. Grease
Axle box inner hole surface must be wiped clean and coated with a thin layer of lubricating oil film. Confirm the serial marking number of the outer ring component surface. Wipe off excess rust-proof oil on the outer ring assembly with a clean cloth. Apply enough grease to all rolling surfaces.
5. Install the outer ring
Screw the bolt of the hanger ring into the lifting wire hole on the cage surface, and load the outer ring assembly marked "A" vertically downward into the axle box with the wire rope. Pay attention not to tilt when loading. When loading, if it is stuck or tilted, the copper hammer can be used to knock the outer ring of the outer assembly, but attention should be paid to not knock the rolling body and cage, to prevent the steel chips and their dirty and debris falling into the bearing. There should be no clearance between the outer component and the axle box contact surface. Install the additional ring assembly marked "B" in the same way, with the mark" B" facing up. There should be no gap between the two outer ring components. The front cover should be close to the side of the bearing, and the gasket can be adjusted when inappropriate.
6. Install the box
Install upper thrust clasp. After the roll is placed in the horizontal direction, the axle box with the bearing outer assembly inside is lifted horizontally with the appropriate tool. Pay attention to the concentric observation of the box and the roll, and then slowly set the box on the roll, at the same time must be careful not to hurt the raceway and roller, if there is a slight bump can be gently polished smooth stone.
