Project Overview
As you can see in the picture, customer keep his cube ice machine
in line of left side, the other side is cold room for ice storage.
Cold room was devide to several samll room, one room for one
machine. Beside the cube ice machine outlet, he buy one electrionic
scale to weight ice, sealing machine to seal bag, and one freezer
to storage ice temporary, small cart to deliver ice.
As you know, Dubai is a raidly growing interanational and
modernization city in Middle East. A lot of tourist attractions
draw more and more people travelig and working there. Huge
population brings unlimited business opportunities. Dubai was
famous for its hot weather too. In the summer, from April to
October, temerpature in the Dubai can be high to 45 ℃, cold
drinking is so popular there, so there is no wonder that ice
business is a great business there.
Cube ice machines and cooling towers(outside)keep in line
Cold room for ice storage is - 10 ℃ usually, room panel thickness
is 100 mm. 5 cubic meter storage capacity is about 1 ton. Cold room
size can be design as customer's requirement.

Installation
1. Machine is coming to use, customer need to do is connect with
power and water supply only, without professional technician.
2. Everything necessary to install a completed ice machine, like
cooling tower, water pump, connect pipes will be provide
3. Cooling tower was installed outside, no need worry about the
place, as the right picture show,
4. Engineer is available to your local place to install the
machine. While, the visa, round-trip ticket, accomodation and
installation cost should be paid by customer.
Main Components
● Automatic Ice Packing Machine & Lift device:Save your labors
and ensure the sanitation from human touch.
● Ice Bin & Screw Conveyor: Equipped with ice bin and screw
conveyor to match a automatic production line.
● PLC controlled, be able to automatically adjust the thickness of
ice, forming ice, harvesting ice, and add water.● Screw Output Device:Polyurethane foam insulated ice bin to store
ice temporarily. Ice automatically falls into the ice bin. The
automatic ice-splitting motor drives the screw in the ice bin, and
cube ice is automatically discharged.
● Ice molds Ice cubes can be 22 mm*22 mm*22 mm, or 29 mm*29 mm*22 mm,
or 38 mm*38 mm*38 mm, or customized. Nickeled ice molds is
anti-corrosive and sanitary to insure the cube ice is safe and
edible.
● German Compressor: We use Bitzer compressor and other famous brand
components, you can easily acquire spare parts or after-sale
service around the global.
