It is applicable for solid solution and aging treatment of aluminum alloy rims of various auto and motorcycles. With electricity and gas as its fuel, it heats evenly. Work pieces are placed on multi-layer racks for heating; solid solution and quenching treatment are conducted after thermal insulation; and then aging treatment is carried out. Its degree of automation is high; product quality is stable; and production efficiency is high.
