Description:

The slide rail-type tubular furnace is of an integral structure and meets the special process requirements of quickly heating and quickly cooling at the temperature lower than 1100℃, and the quick cooling purpose is realized by moving the furnace body. Meanwhile, the temperature can be preset and then the furnace is moved to a sample, so as to achieve the quick heating effect.

 

The tubular furnace is suitable for the RTP process and CVD grapheme process which are widely applied.

◆Intelligent preprogrammed temperature controller: Can control the temperature precisely, edit, save and transfer multiple programs.

◆The ceramic fiber FEC heating module is adopted to realize the resistance wire-embedded surrounding heating effect.

◆Furnace mantle structure: Double-layer furnace mantle air-cooled structure.

◆Double-layer stainless sealing flange: U.S. standard needle valves are adopted as the air inlet and outlet valves.

◆Flange support structure with both ends adjustable: Can prolong the service life of the quartz tube.

◆Over-temperature protective function: The power is off automatically when the temperature exceeds the permissible set values.

◆Safety protection: The power is off automatically when the furnace body leaks current.

Our Graphene Growing System-Product Characteristics

1. Compatible with two mainstream growing modes: vacuum and room temperature.

The CVD system is a set of comprehensive grapheme preparation system which includes two parts: hardware and software. The system can grow grapheme at any air pressure from 10-1pa-room temperature pressure, is compatible with the currently two mainstream growing modes: vacuum and room temperature, and can grow hexagonal or pedal-shaped single-domain grapheme.

2. Automatic computer-controlled, various built-in growth parameters

The important parameters during the whole grapheme growing process are controlled by the computer precisely and automatically, including the temperature, air pressure, air flow, etc. The control software includes various built-in growth optimization parameters, the user can start to grow grapheme only by putting the substrate into the sample chamber.

3. Prepare high-quality grapheme monocrystalline, and the size of the monocrystalline can reach several millimeters.

The single-domain monocrystalline with the size of several millimeters can be prepared under special growth conditions. For the polycrystalline film, the single-layer grapheme film with the size of several centimeters can be prepared.

4. Grow the 13C isotopic grapheme, and research the growth kinetics process of grapheme.

The CVD system has the 13C isotopic options, alternately grows isotopic grapheme, cooperates with Raman spectra, and can precisely research the growth kinetics of grapheme.
