Description:
Water-soluble cutting fluid is a new type of antibacterial fully synthetic grinding fluid. No oil, no chlorine. Suitable for general cutting and grinding of ferrous metals such as steel and cast iron. The product has excellent cooling, anti-rust and anti-foaming properties. The unique antibacterial formula ensures an extremely long service life.

Deployment instructions:
1. Recommended usage:
Light load processing: 3%-5%
Medium load processing: 5%-10%
Heavy-duty processing: 10%-15%.
Directly prepare with industrial water (in order to obtain the best performance, the recommended water hardness range is (150ppm), when preparing, first add water and then add liquid, then stir and circulate to the specified concentration, and use after opening the cycle.
Applicable materials: cast iron, alloy steel, carbon steel and other ferrous metals.
