1. Introduction

LUGBML is based on vonkarman's vortex principle and uses pyelectron crystals as a test element. It is a new type of stress detection vortex street flow meter. It has the advantages of large range ratio, high precision, small pressure loss, good media versatility, pulse output and flow ratio, easy to connect with the computer, because the sensor probe and vortex generator are installed separately, high temperature-resistant die-electric crystals do not touch the instrument simple structure, good versatility, high stability. The LUGBML series of vortex street flow meter sensors can be used to detect and measure the flow of a wide range of gases, liquids and vapors. Can be used with my company ML6000 series vortex street flow meters. It can also be combined with computers and temperature, pressure, density sensors to form a high-precision mass flow or heat flow detection system.

 

2. Features

3. Working Principle

The vortex flowmeter is a volume flowmeter that is researched and produced according to the Karman vortex principle to measure the volume flow of gas, steam or liquid, the volume flow of standard conditions or the mass flow. It is mainly used for flow measurement of industrial pipeline medium fluid, such as gas, liquid, steam and other media.

It is characterized by small pressure loss, large measuring range, and high accuracy. It is hardly affected by fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity and other parameters when measuring volume flow under working conditions. There are no movable mechanical parts, so the reliability is high and the maintenance is small. The instrument parameters can be stable for a long time. The vortex flowmeter adopts piezoelectric stress sensor, which has high reliability and can work in the working temperature range of -20℃~+250℃. It has analog standard signal and digital pulse signal output, which is easy to use with digital systems such as computers. It is a relatively advanced and ideal measuring instrument.

6. Design & Installation

 

It is very important to install the instrument. If it is not installed properly, it will affect the accuracy, service life and damage.

 

1. In order to avoid strong current, high frequency, high power switch group, the power supply of the instrument should be avoided close to these devices.

2. Avoid high temperature and radiation sources. If installation is required, heat insulation and ventilation measures must be taken.

3. In order to avoid high temperature and enchanting gas, ventilation measures should be taken if installation is required.

4. The vortex flowmeter should be installed in the shaking part of the pipeline. If it must be installed on it, a clamping device and a 2D vibration pad should be added to enhance shock resistance. It is best to install the instrument indoors. When installing outdoors, pay attention to waterproofing. Pay special attention to the joints and make the cable wires U-shaped to prevent water from entering the amplifier body. The installation place should save enough space for the installation of cables and daily maintenance.
