Our company is an integrated corporation which has specialised in the development, manufacture and worldwide sale of mechanical filtration plants and dewatering systems for industrial separation processes. Our products include two series: filter press and stainless steel filter. The filter press includes: plate and frame filter press, program controlled automatic chamber filter press, automatic membrane filter press,belt filter press and so on. Stainless steel filter includes high efficiency sealed plate filter,candle style filter,PA/PE micro hole filter,automatic washing filter,multiple media filter,bag filter and cartridge filter and so on. Meanwhile,we supply the quality filter plates,filter cloths,filter paper and filter membrane,filter bag,cartridge and so on.
Filter plate are made of strengthened polypropylene through mold pressing, high in strength, light in weight, corrosion resisted, non-poisonous and odorless;
Simple in operation, safe and labor saving, the whole filter press
system are auto controlled by the electrical panel. All devices
including feed pump, hydraulic power pack, plate shifting device,
valves and conveyors are guided by the logic in PLC, and make them
work more efficiently.
Other special filter press automatic functions also can be added
such as filter cloth washing system, filtrate collecting system,
filter cloth shaking system, drip tray system etc.
Application:
Solid-liquid separation of suspensions of all kinds, prevent
fruitful in a wide spectrum of industries such as coal,
petrochemical, metallurgy,light industry, food processing and
textile, as well as environmental protection
