ECOGRACE Non Woven Cloth PPS Dust Filter Bag With Strong Alkalis Resistance
Strong alkalin resistant PPS dust filter bag with full strength properties and intrinsic chemical resistance can keep good filter filtering performance in harsh environment and achieve the ideal life. PPS filter felt is the ideal filter material in the process of filtering in coal-fired boiler, garbage incinerators and power plant fly ash out.
1. The working temperature 160℃, short-time working temperature 190℃.
2. Oxygen levels at or below 15% of occasions are applicable.
3. Fuel sulfur or sulfur oxide in flue gas, has proved its strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance, chemical resistance of filter.
4. Containing moisture in the flue.
5. Under the condition of temperature 160℃~190℃ mining, gas cloth at 5:1 do on-line ash removal and gas cloth at 6:1. PPS filter felt dust filter bag with the excellent performance record.
