Crydom/Sensata DR22 DIN Rail Mount Solid State Relays are a family of 22.5mm wide DIN rail mount, high-performing solid state relays with either an AC or DC output. These powerful and ready-to-use SSRs come with an integral heat sink, eliminating the need for complex thermal calculations. Crydom/Sensata DR22 Series models are C-UL-US approved, have an IP20 touch-safe housing, and are constructed of DBC substrate for superior thermal performance.
The AC output DR22 components feature ratings up to 35A at 600VAC. The relay or contactor terminal configurations offer versatility and the possible use of a plug-in connector for the control input, in either standard “screw” or “spring cage” terminals. Other features of the AC output devices include built-in overvoltage protection, zero voltage or instantaneous turn-on output, and an innovative “Elevator” screw option to allow the use of ring or lug-type terminals.
The DC output solid state relays rate up to 30A at 200VDC. Other features of the DC output DR22 series include an LED input status indicator, a 1kHz maximum PWM frequency, and a 3750VAC optical isolation.
