The TPS62840 is a high efficiency buck converter with an ultra-low operating quiescent current of 60na typical.This device has special circuitry to achieve an IQ of only 120na in 100% mode, thereby further extending battery life at the end of discharge.This device uses DCS-Control technology to provide clean power to the radio and operates at a typical switching frequency of 1.8 MHz.In power-down mode, the device extends light-load efficiency down to 1 μa load current and below.
