The Hymson FP12035 is a Four-jaw chuck fiber laser cutting machine,
which is a brand new mechanism, can be used to process long tubes
and heavy tubes.
- The laser machine has a honeycomb welded structure and the cross beam has an integral plate welding honeycomb structure, thus the precision and stability of the whole machine are high and the one piece chuck is more stable.,
- The diameter of the chuck is 260mm. The machining range is 20-260mm for round tubes or 20-180mm for square tubes,
- The three-jaw chuck, a brand new mechanism, can be used to process long tubes and heavy tubes,

Main Structure
Four-jaw Chuck
- Precise detecting of jaw clamping status and pipe size to solve long and heavy workpieces processing challenges
- Intelligent tube support device,which provide multi-point support technology to aviod fluttering during processing of large size tubes
- Clamping detection, preventing accidental disengagement collision
- The thrust of a single jack catch of the full stroke high precision chuck is up to 1T, which is leading in the industry. The maximum clamping stroke is 360mm and can meet the cutting needs of most pipe types. The rear jack catch adopts the intelligent dust-exhaust system to greatly improve the dust prevention effect.
- The cross beam adopts the gantry type integral plate welding honeycomb structure, with the internal stress released through annealing treatment after welding, and is clamped and machined at a time using a gantry type processing center.
- The main body of the laser machine adopts the honeycomb welded structure and the internal stress is released through annealing treatment after welding.
- The guide surface is clamped and machined at a time using a large gantry type high precision processing center. The flatness and straightness of the guide surface are ≤0.05mm. The surface roughness is up to 0.8.
- The auxiliary support adopts servo follow-up to effectively prevent the pipe from swaying from side to side when rotating at high speed, thus guarantees the precision of turning during cutting. The auxiliary support plays the role of guiding and supporting during feeding.
- Loading device adopts multi mode chain.

FSCUT5000S control system
- FSCUT5000S laser cutting control system, developed on the basis of Windows 10 operating system, communicates through Erthercat bus and integrates laser cutting modules with special functions. The simple and concise interface, power and practical functions, touch display screen and wireless keyboard and mouse make it easy to operate.
Real-time frequency/power curve
- To obtain high-quality acute and right angles, the software is equipped with a real-time frequency/power curve, which can be used to automatically adjust the laser radiation power according to the moving speed of the cutting head. When the speed of the cutting head is zero (stopping at the corner), the output radiation power is equal to the minimum power set in the setting to prevent the corner from burning out.
Extensive technological layer interface
- FSCUT5000S provides 16 cutting layers, each of which can be set with a separate cutting speed, laser power, air pressure, cutting height and other technological parameters. The color of each layer is unique, which makes it easy to browse and configure the cutting graphic parameters.
Independent feeding control system
- The automatic feeding mechanism and the host of the pipe cutting machine have two different interfaces. The automatic feeding system is controlled by Siemens S7-1500 series PLCs, which makes the mechanism highly integrated. The feeding mechanism and host data are communicated and interacted through Ethernet, but the operation on the feeding mechanism and the host do not interfere with each other. They work independently and synchronously, which can greatly improve the productivity and reduce the hassle of switching frequently within a screen when a problem arises.

Nesting Software
- TubesT is a complete set of integrated sheet metal CAD/CAM automatic programming software from design to production. It supports the whole-process CNC operations of the equipment, including drawing, automatic or interactive processing, CNC program simulation, manual and automatic cutting, machining program download and upload.
- The graphic files generated by SolidWork software can be input directly.
- Drawing 3D parts.
- The built-in function of drawing parts can be applied to draw circular pipes, rectangular pipes, waist-type pipes, angle steels, channel steels, C-type steels, rounded triangles, ellipses and other standard pipe types. Circular holes, rectangular holes and waist-type holes are all viable; the holes can be arrayed along the X/Y/Z direction; and the cutting surfaces in any direction can be acceptable.
- Importing standard parts in batch
- <Importing standard parts in batch> refers to the automatic generation of corresponding parts by the software after importing the section type, dimension and other information of the parts into Excel. Three types of non-hole parts, i.e. circular pipes, rectangular pipes and waist-type pipes can be imported. The diagonal planes are also acceptable.

we will determine the specific installation location of the
equipment in the shortest time and provide the equipment foundation
drawing within 5 working days after the contract goes into effect.
Prior to the installation and commissioning, you should prepare the
equipment foundation strictly according to the requirements
specified in the equipment foundation drawing provided by Hymson.
After the installation site is ensured, the engineers
will install and commission the equipment with the tools they
carry and, within 10 days, complete the installation,
commissioning, technical index tests, training, acceptance and
delivery for use;
