ASTM A789 Geothermal Tubing Injection Line with Controlled Ovality and Eccentricity Annealed

Product Description:

Meilong Tube is capable of producing the longest continuous chemical injection line tubing available in stainless steels and high nickel alloys. These coiled tubings are extensively used for subsea and onshore wells in order to inject chemical inhibitors or treatments. Notably, the length of the tubing allows for fewer welds, thereby minimizing potential defects and failures. They also have an extremely smooth inner surface, quick hydraulic response time, greater collapse strength, and completely eliminated methanol permeation.

In a common use, these tubings would be run alongside the production tubulars with high hydrogen sulfide concentrations, severe scale deposition, or other treatment needs. Many fluids with high foaming tendencies can be addressed with mechanical and chemical solutions such as low-shear inlet momentum breaker, along with surface destabilizing chemicals. To further control the emulsion, different mechanical packs may be used to speed up the coalescence and settling.

In addition, a subsea umbilical may be used to supply remote-control and monitoring signals, and also chemical inhibitors to process separators and other well production equipment. In a nutshell, Meilong Tube's superior manufacturing capabilities make its long-length tubings an excellent option for chemical injection.

 

Features:

Every single tubing coil consists of a single, uninterrupted length without any orbital welds.

At the very minimum, each tubing coil goes through a hydrostatic pressure test of 10,150 psi. This test can be viewed on site by third party inspectors such as SGS, BV, and DNV.

In addition to the hydrostatic testing, further tests regarding the material's quality are carried out, such as eddy current tests, chemical tests, flattening tests, flaring tests, tensile, yield, elongation, and hardness.
