Surface Mount Ring Lug Probe for M3 M4 M5 M6 M8 M10 Screw RTD Temperature Sensor
VTS300 Ring Lug Probe RTD Temperature Sensor is made with high precision and reliable PT100 or PT1000 element, stainless steel probe, cable and connectors. Ring Terminal Style RTD are designed for mechanical attaching to tooling, engines or to any surface where temperature monitoring or control is required. As RTD type bolt-on ring lug probe, it can be customized with opening for various screw sizes such as M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10 for screwing directly on customer application. The ring lug RTD's terminal can be set underneath existing screws or fasteners to allow surface temperature measurement. This Ring Lug probe RTD temperature sensor is ideal for nozzles, extruder barrels, die heads, molds and other surface sensing applications.

Our VTS300 Ring Lug Probe RTD Temperature Sensors are designed for screw-in-place applications. Most of these temperature probe housings are standard ring terminals or ring lugs with the thermistor potted in the barrel of the lug, popular for temperature measurement, control, and monitoring of small motors, heat exchangers, and fluid pumping systems, semiconductor heatsinks, enclosure panels, etc. They are also easily mounted in instruments where over-temperature protection is required.
