Six Roller Five Crusher product description
Six rolls and five crusher is suitable for ultra-fine crushing of
solid materials with compressive strength less than 2,400Mpa and
water less than 30%, such as coke, coal, ceramic raw materials,
ores, water slag, gypsum, clay, salt, chemical raw materials and
other solids, with low maintenance cost, large crushing ratio,
reliable performance, low dust, low noise and other
characteristics.
The six roller surfaces are divided into
surfaced rollers, studded alloy rollers or flat rollers, which can
be selected and combined according to the user's requirements for
particle size, and are suitable for ultra-fine crushing operations
with a feed size of less than 90 mm and a finished product size of

Six rolls and five crushing crusher
utilizes six high-strength wear-resistant alloy crushing rolls,
which rotate relative to each other to produce high squeezing force
and shear force to crush materials. After the material enters into
the top two rolls V crushing chamber, it is squeezed by the
relative rotation of the upper two rolls, and the material is
squeezed and ground for the first time (coarse crushing), and then
it enters into the relative rotation of the two and three rolls V
crushing chamber for the second squeezing and grinding (fine
crushing), and then it enters into the three and four rolls V
crushing chamber for the third squeezing, and then it enters into
the four and five rolls V crushing chamber for the fourth
squeezing, and then it enters into the five rolls V crushing
chamber for the fifth squeezing and shearing, and then it enters
into the six rolls V crushing chamber for the fifth squeezing and
shearing, and finally it enters into the five, After entering into
the V-type crushing chamber of three or four rolls for the third
squeeze, entering into the V-type crushing chamber of four or five
rolls for the fourth squeeze, and finally entering into the V-type
crushing chamber of five or six rolls for the fifth squeeze,
shearing and grinding (ultra-fine crushing), the product will be
crushed into the required granularity and discharged from the
