       The dust catcher is a new type of high-efficiency dust catcher researched, developed and produced by our company after digesting and absorbing the advantages of various dust catcher from abroad. This type of dust collector combines the advantages of chamber blowing and pulse blowing and other types of dust collectors, overcomes the disadvantages of insufficient kinetic strength in chamber blowing and simultaneous blowing and pulse filtration and dust cleaning, which makes the bag dust collector more adaptable to use, improves the efficiency of dust removal and prolongs the service life of the filter bag. It is characterized by strong dust-cleaning ability, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, etc. It is especially suitable for dealing with waste gas with high dust concentration (1000g/m³). And it is widely used in electric power, cement, metallurgy, chemical industry, mining, ceramics and other industries in a variety of flue gas dust treatment needs.

       The dust collector adopts the structure of lower inlet chamber. Dust-containing flue gas enters into the dust hopper from the air inlet; some larger dust particles fall into the dust hopper directly due to inertial collision, natural settlement and other roles, and other dust material rises with the airflow into the various bag chambers. After filtering by the bag, the dust particles are blocked on the outside of the bag, and the purified gas enters the box from the inside of the bag and is discharged into the atmosphere through the lifting valve and the air outlet. The dust in the dust hopper is discharged from the screw conveyor and separating wheel at regular intervals or continuously.
       As the filtration process continues, the dust attached to the outside of the filter bag increases, which leads to a gradual increase in the resistance of the dust collector itself. When the resistance reaches the pre-set value, the dust controller sends out a signal, first of all, make a bag room lifting valve closes to cut off the filtering airflow of the room, and then open the electromagnetic pulse valve, as well as a short period of time (0.1-0.2 seconds) to the box sprayed into the compressed air of 0.5-0.7Pa. The compressed air expands at a high speed in the box, causing the filter bag to produce high-frequency vibration deformation, coupled with the role of the reverse airflow, so that the outside of the filter bag attached to the dust cake deformation and fall off. After fully considering the settling time of the dust (to ensure that the dust can effectively fall into the dust hopper), the lifting valve opens, the bag chamber again into the filtration state, and the next generation of chamber into the cleaning state, so a cycle.PPCS air box pulse bag dust collector is composed of a number of independent chamber, cleaning the dust chamber in order to be carried out separately.        The above dust-cleaning process is automatically controlled by the dust-cleaning controller (PLCFw), which is of two types, namely, timed type and fixed resistance type, and can be decided according to the user's requirements.

       The main structure of the dust collector consists of four parts: box, bag, ash hopper, air inlet and outlet. And it is equipped with foundation pillars, climbing ladder, railing, access door, compressed air gas circuit system, ash cleaning control system, ash unloading system, etc. Advanced equipment operation monitoring system and ash unloading and conveying system can be selected according to the user's requirements.
