      Corundum Refractory Brick is made from high quality fused corundum. With scientific grading and high quality addictive, corundum bricks are shaped under high pressure and fired with high temperature. It has the features of high strength, excellent thermal and erosion resistance, stable chemical performance.

      Corundum Refractory Bricks are high alumina refractory bricks are made for extreme demands. The alumina content in Corundum Brickscan be traced to the use of synthetic corundum of high purity, such as white fused alumina or tabular alumina. Additional ingredients are special refractory clays, reactive alumina and very pure modifications of silica.

      Corundum Refractory Brick are fired at high temperatures to form a matrix with mullite, mullite-corundum or corundum that has excellent volume stability.

      The service temperature of Corundum Bricks goes up to 1800°C. Corundum Brickscan be used nearly all fields of industrial application where extreme high temperature and increased resistance against aggressive slags and atmospheres. Such properties or features of Corundum Bricks are necessary especially in the chemical industry and for the production of carbon black.

Corundum Refractory Brick Features:

Alumina content is greater than 90%.

High compressive strength at room temperature (up to 340MPa).

High load softening starting temperature (greater than 1700 ℃).

Good chemical stability, strong resistance to acidic or basic slag, metal and glass fluid, etc.

It is divided into two kinds - corundum bricks and fused corundum brick. Respectively Sintered alumina and fused corundum as raw material.
