Introduction to High alumina anchor brick

Classification of High alumina anchor brick

1. Classified by Al2O3 content in High alumina anchor brick

Class Ⅰ  Al2O3 content>75%

Class Ⅱ  Al2O3 content is 60~75%

Class Ⅲ  Al2O3 content is 48-60%.

If Al2O3 content is higher than 80%, it is called super High alumina refractory fire brick

If Al2O3 content is higher than 90%, it is called corundum brick.

Phosphate-bonded High alumina anchor brick are made of dense super-grade or first-grade high-alumina bauxite clinker as the main raw material, phosphate solution or aluminum phosphate solution as the binder, after semi-dry press molding, heat treatment at 400~600℃ Manufactured chemically bonded refractory bricks. Compared with the ceramic bonded fired High alumina refractory fire brick, its anti-stripping performance is better, but its load softening temperature is lower, and the corrosion resistance is poor.
