Fused zirconia corundum brick(also known as AZS brick) is made by
the process of completely melting the raw material firstly and then
cast in the mold, finally cooling, solidification. This product
shrinkage should be paid special attention in using, which is
caused during the volume shrinkage in the condensation process.
Fused zirconia corundum brick casting methods divide into ordinary
casting, tilting casting, no shrinkage casting and quasi-no
shrinkage casting. AZS products with different casting methods can
meet the use requirements of various parts in the ceramic frit
furnace, spent flower alkali furnace, glass kiln .
