With the inner stainless steel ring plastic-steel composite panel is combination with PEX pipe and Hot dip galvanized steel pipe and the inner stainless steel ring. It is used by constant pressure and high temperature composite technology,ensure the inner plastic pipe in good shape and bonding the steel pipe well,without glue cracking and shrinking issues happening. The hot DIP galvanized steel pipe is adopt the international leading high-frequency new welding technology,and galvanized with high quality 0 pure Zinc plating. The plastic pipe is used by high quality and 100% virgin PE,which meets the standards of food hygiene and drinking water.The hot melt adhesive resins are good quality,high purity with excellent bonding strength,ensure the bonding strength between the steel pipe and plastic pipe. The plastic-steel composite pipe head is fixed the inner 304 stainless steel ring,which is national patent products. The inner stainless steel ring perfect resolves the separated problems between the plastic pipe and steel pipe,for which the expansion and contraction happens, or the flow water impacting the pipe head for long time. production processing:
Inspection of the Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Pipe - polishing the inner of the pipe-insert the PE/PEX pipe-High pressure and high temperature and heating to composite the Steel pipe and PEX pipe- cooling-fixing pipe head-Fixed the inner stainless steel ring- Writing words- fixed the cover-packing-put in storage.
Installation and connection Method
1. Groove connection
a. Select a Standard-Compliant Grooved Fitting;
b. The working pressure of the grooved pipe joint should match the working pressure of the pipeline;
c. Select the rubber sealing ring of the composite drinking water standard, and the hot water pipe adopts the temperature-resistant rubber sealing ring.
2. Threaded connection
a. Choose the Threaded Fitting that meets the requirements;
b. The plastic-lined pipe shall not be directly connected with the valve, and a special transition pipe joint with internal and external threads of brass lined with plastic shall be used;
c. The plastic-lined pipe shall not be directly connected with the water supply spigot, and a special brass inner thread pipe joint shall be used;
d. Special transition joints should be used when connecting plastic-lined pipes with copper pipes and plastic pipes;
3.Flange connection
a. When the working pressure of the pipeline system is greater than 1.0Mpa and less than 2.5Mpa, flange connection can be used;
b. The pressure level of the flange matches the working pressure of the pipeline;
c. Rubber gaskets are used for flange gaskets. When large-diameter gaskets need to be spliced, they should use oblique lap joints, and no flat joints.
