I. Structure and working principle
1. Structure:
(1) Purification part: It consists of filter bag, filter bag frame,
flower plate, dust-containing gas inlet, and purified gas outlet.
(2) Ash cleaning system: It consists of solenoid valve, pulse
valve, blow pipe, air bag and so on.
(3) Shell part: It consists of upper box, middle box, ash bucket
and bracket.
(4) Ash discharge part: It consists of motor, reducer, star-shaped
dust discharge valve and so on.
(5) Heating and insulation parts: heating channels and outer
insulation layers are laid on the middle box and ash siding.
2. Working principle:
Dust-containing gas is introduced into the middle box from the air
inlet, and after filtering through the purification section, the
clean gas enters the upper box and is discharged through the
purification outlet. The dust is blocked on the outer wall of the
filter bag, and then cleaned by the ash cleaning part, and the dust
adsorbed on the surface of the filter bag is shaken into the ash
bucket and discharged by the ash discharge valve. The heating pipe
is passed into the steam to heat the box. Insulation to prevent
condensation in the cabinet.
