8 t/h DZL automatic chain grate biomass/wood pellet fired steam boiler for sauna
1. Introduction:
- The DZL type biomass boiler produced by the company is a
single-drum vertical biomass boiler. This type of boiler uses
biomass pellets made from straw waste, sawdust, peanut shell and
other crop waste as fuel. It uses a new furnace design to maximize
fuel combustion and heat transfer through a built-in three-return
thread pipe. The thermal efficiency of the boiler reached 82.6%.
- For factory, biomass not only reduce costs, but also reduce
environmental pollution. Straw fuel is a kind of biofuel. It uses
straw fuel pellet machine to make sawdust, corn stover, peanut
shell, straw, cotton stalk, branch, edible fungus waste and cow
dung into high-density flammable high-quality granules. . Biomass
combustion boilers are treated as “waste” and “waste”, which has
become a new direction for carbon zero emission and environmental
protection.
- It is understood that biomass fuel boilers are designed for waste in various processing industries. The main fuels include waste wood, rice husks and corn cobs.
- Using waste as a suitable fuel, the burned ash can also be used as a farmyard fertilizer, and it is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly product.
- Biomass boilers use advanced automatic control technology, such as automatic water supply adjustment, program start and stop, fully automatic operation, etc., easy to operate, easy to use, with high and low water level alarm and high pressure alarm, flame out protection and other safety measures, comprehensive protection of the boiler safe to run.
2. Product technical features:
- The boiler completely realizes the purpose of low-temperature
combustion, and adopts the medium-temperature separation technology
to make the flue gas temperature of the whole circulating flow
field of the boiler lower than the ash melting point temperature of
the biomass fuel;
- A good material circulation loop is established inside the
boiler, the fuel is fully mixed, the furnace temperature is
uniform, the fuel combustion efficiency is high, the fly ash has a
very low carbon content, and the air pollution is small;
- A variety of technologies are used in the boiler design process
to effectively avoid boiler ash and coking, so that the boiler has
strong continuous operation capability;
- In the boiler design process, the corrosion problem caused by
biomass fuel such as straw is well solved, which greatly prolongs
the service life of the equipment;
- The boiler has good fuel adaptability. It can not only achieve
stable combustion for many types of soft and hard straw, but also
achieve design parameters smoothly.
- The boiler has good dynamic response capability, convenient
start-up and fast load-lifting speed; the boiler combustion device
has no moving parts and the maintenance cost is low.
