Single Drums Water Tube With Flake Chain Grate Industrial Steam Coal Fired Boiler
The characteristics of the boiler
1. Prevent cracks. The arch tube and the threaded tobacco tube are
used to form the drum, so that the drum is changed from the
quasi-steel body to the quasi-elastic body structure, and the
tensioning members of the tube plate area are eliminated, thereby
reducing the stress. The pipe was changed from two return strokes
to a single return stroke, which solved the problem of cracks in
the tube sheet.
2. Prevent boiler casing bulge. Due to the arrangement of the riser
row in the lower part of the drum, the dead water area at the
bottom of the drum is eliminated, so that the sludge is not easily
deposited, and the high temperature zone of the drum can be well
cooled, preventing the bulge in the lower part of the boiler shell.
3. Improve combustion efficiency. The high-efficiency
heat transfer thread pipe is used to obtain the enhanced heat
transfer effect, which achieves the characteristics of heating and
output of the boiler, and improves the thermal efficiency of the
boiler.
4. Compact. Compared with the same type of boiler, the external
dimensions are small, saving the investment in the boiler house
infrastructure.
5. Smokeless ash accumulation. The use of a threaded pipe enhances
heat transfer and improves the heat transfer coefficient and
thermal efficiency. Since the flue gas is disturbed in the pipe,
the pipe is less likely to accumulate ash and acts as a
self-cleaning.
6. The fuel is easy to burn. In the furnace, high-efficiency
energy-saving furnace arch with integral heat-resistant concrete is
used to improve the coal fire condition. The independent air
chamber is adopted to achieve reasonable air distribution, which
forms an aerodynamic field favorable for combustion in the furnace,
thereby expanding coal.
7. Eco-Friendly. The furnace arch and outlet smoke window of the
boiler have certain dust removal effects. The original dust
emission concentration of the boiler is controlled below the
standard to ensure that the boiler dust emission meets
environmental protection regulations.
