PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product has 3 different insert holes and two round ears. The available wire gauges are 14AWG, 16AWG and 18AWG. Sheath material can be PVC or rubber. We will have quality test of hi-pot, polarity and continuity before packing. The main colors are black and white. But if you need other options, it can also be gray, red or even transparent. Length can be customized, as well as the packing details. All of our products are environmentally produced according to the RoHS standard, and have passed UL cUL certificates.

IDENTIFICATION METHOD

1. Look at the Quality Certification of Home Appliances

If the quality of household appliances is qualified, then the quality of the power cord of household appliances should also be tested, there will not be too much problem.

2. Check the Wire Section

The surface of the copper or aluminum core of the qualified product should have metallic luster. If the surface of copper is blackened or the surface of aluminum is whitened, it indicates that the wire has been oxidized and it is unqualified product.

3. Examine the Appearance of the Power Cord

The insulating sheathing of qualified product is soft, with tenacity and flexibility. The appearance of the product should be tight, smooth and in pure glossiness. On the surface of the wire, it must have clear mark which is not easy to wipe off. If the power cord is not produced with standard insulating material, the sheathing will became a little transparent, crispy and not tough.

4. Observe the Core of Wire

If the core of wire uses the pure raw material of copper and is strictly wire drew, annealed and stranded, the surface should be bright, smooth, neat, tough and unbreakable.

5. Measure the Length of Power Cord

As different appliances requires different length of power cord, buyers are supposed to learn about the length of qualified power line before purchase, so that we can select the product correctly.

To ensure the normal use of appliances and living safety, buyers must pay attention to the selection of power cord. Please check the quality of the wire. If the power line is blow the grade, we would better do not choose it in order to avoid trouble for ourselves.
