4. Safety Warnings
1) The test set must be connected to earth reliably before use
2) The output terminals should be clean before switching on
3) The test set should be in power off before make connections for
the test
4) After the high current output the metal terminals are very hot.
It is forbid to touch those parts
5) It is forbid to touch the terminals or high current circuit when
test set is switched to ON position
6) The duty cycle should not be exceeded
7) Any replacement should be made when test set is switched off
8) The test set should never be connected to the live power line
5. The SLQ primary injection tester has two kinds of model. One is integral box and another is the separated box. The model is
depends on the maximum capacity output of the whole tester. If the
whole capacity of the tester is less or equal to 5KVA, the control
unit and the current booster will
be designed in one single box. Otherwise the control unit will be a
one box and the current booster will be a one box.
