High Precision High Speed Automatic Face Mask Machine With Imported Servo Motor

This machine is a modern fully automatic mask production equipment.
It adopts advanced high-tech and professional engineers to jointly
development. It has high production speed, high stability, and
fully equipped mask equipment. On the feeding rack, after the
modulation is ok, the machine automatically produces until the
finished product. Only 2-3 people need to operate the packaging,
fully automatic production. The equipment adopts ultrasonic
welding, which is beautiful in style, hygienic and environmentally
friendly.

Production Process:
Imported raw materials, welded molded body pieces, photoelectric
detection, automatically assigned to the earband machine,ultrasonic
earband welding, finished product output, automatic classification,
and full automation.

or outer ear straps.
6.The machine adopts pulleys and fixed feet, which is convenient
and fast to move, strong in fixation and does not shake.
7.This model is equipped with a new advanced conveyor belt, which
automatically collects products with high accuracy.It does not need
to be manually counted, just sorting and packaging.
8.The equipment can be modified according to product requirements,
product size, length and thickness.

Flat mask raw materials: 2-layer masks: non-woven fabric, bridge of
the nose, ear hooks.
3 layers of masks: non-woven fabric, bridge of the nose, ear hooks,
filter cotton (filter paper).
Activated carbon mask: non-woven fabric, bridge of the nose, ear
hook, filter cotton (filter paper), activated carbon cloth.
Flat mask classification: outer ear with flat mask, inner ear with
flat mask, strap flat mask
HC-120-2 outer ear mask machine can only produce disposable flat
masks, and can not produce three-dimensional or N95 masks. Whether
the
masks produced by this machine are medically independent of the
machine, as long as the masks are sterilized, the machine produced
by this machine Masks can be used as surgical masks.
