The difference between steel mesh skeleton PE pipe and PE pipe
1. The steel mesh skeleton PE pipe adopts high-quality materials
and advanced production technology to make it have higher pressure
resistance. Moreover, it has excellent flexibility and is suitable
for long-distance buried water supply and gas pipeline systems.
2. The pipe fittings used in steel mesh skeleton PE pipes are
polyethylene electrofusion pipe fittings. When connecting, use the
internal heating element of the pipe fitting to melt the outer
layer plastic of the pipe material and the inner layer plastic of
the pipe fitting, so as to reliably connect the pipe material and
the pipe fitting together.
3. PE pipe butt weld technology refers to heating the end of the
pipe, using a tool called "mirror image" under the definition of
contact pressure and temperature. so that its ends are quickly
touched and held under pressure. In the cooling process, there are
types of PE pipes such as medium density polyethylene pipes and
high density polyethylene pipes. According to the wall thickness,
it can be divided into SDR11 and SDR17.6 series. The former is
