The HESLY Aluminium Stage barriers offer optimum safety whilst also maintaining the crowds comfort. They can be used to create a rescue zone for the audience if they become distressed. They are suitable for high level crowd density.

The HESLY Al Crowd Barriers is based on a simple principle: a vertical part that locks into a horizontal floor plate with two braces at the back. For quick set up the barrier is designed to connect to the next section with only one bolt. Once installed, the barrier is held in place by the audience standing on top of the floorplate on the frontside of the section.

At the rear of the vertical part a step is attached between the two braces, giving security personnel visual and physical access to the crowd. Made of several aluminum alloys to cut down on weight, both for handling and transportation reasons, the barrier retains its strength through intelligent design.

The HESLY Aluminium Crowd Barriers' sections come in standard 1m wide by 1.2m high foot-plated barrier units with a aluminium frame, perforated aluminum front panel (acoustically permeable) and 5 bar chequer aluminum footplate. The aluminium material gives a standard uniform finish and prevents rusting and discoloration of the units. They can be flat packed onto pallets for quick speedy deployment. We do not use dollies or stillages since they are bulky and take up valuable space in your bone yard / compound area
