Laser processing has proven to be a high-quality, low-cost manufacturing process that requires a minimum of tools. Fewer dies/fixtures make laser machining ideal for prototyping. The Herolaser handheld laser welder can weld up to 10 times faster than traditional TIG welders. Safety design features (work lock, laser enable button and safety clip) provide maximum operator protection. Easy to operate and provides consistent, high-quality results across a wide range of materials and thicknesses, minimizing heat affected areas to ensure an aesthetically pleasing finish. Low power consumption, low noise operation, no special temperature condition requirements, different welding, and high melting point metals are well known advantages of laser welding machines.
