ZGS high concentration hydrapulper
1. With its patented high concentration pulper rotor tearing teeth
instead of a knife, the advantages are: first, the pulping rate
increases by about 10%; second, lower power consumption, saving
about 15% compared to models which do not have these patented
features; third, reduced damaging effects of impurities, especially
bookbinding adhesive, with its efficient sieve apertures it is
possible to use uncut plastic waste book paper to produce high
quality de-inked pulp.
2. Patented discharge dilution device design enables downtime
discharge; it is not necessary to dilute with water in the pulper
cylinder body, thereby reducing the discharge time and reducing
power consumption. If the conventional pulping time is 25 to 30
minutes and discharge can be done in downtime for 5 minutes, the
saving is 1/5-1/6; more importantly it can prevent the damaging
effects of the rotor on book adhesives when the pulper cylinder
water discharges when powering up.
