ZGGdrum pulper technical features
The machine has a separate pulping area and screening area. One
advantage this provides is greatly reducing the failure rate of the
device. This kind of equipment most commonly fails due to excess
vibrations which cause the device to be easily damaged. The size of
the vibration is proportional with the length and diameter of the
drum. At higher yields, strong mechanical vibrations even in some
imported equipment can not be avoided. The separate pulping and
screening area plus gears for tearing can greatly reduce the length
of the pulping area to avoid the occurrence of such failure.
Another advantage is greatly reduced power consumption: per ton of
pulp the device consumes only 10-15Kw · h. Because the screening
area is screening-based, and supplements defibering, the screening
area working speed is much lower than the pulping area
The specially designed jagged riser in the pulping area and the
several pulping tearing teeth located between the risers make the
cardboard punctured by the teeth in the initial pulping spread
around the surrounding irregular cavities, greatly improving the
efficiency of crushing and reducing power consumption. The form of
the teeth changes along the direction of pulp flow, allowing
optimum crushing results in each segment of pulping, and in the
slag discharge there are almost no non-crushed parts. This solves
the problem of the slag discharge containing a large number (at
least 3-5%) of these parts in similar machines and increase the
pulp yield. The production of the device can be doubled under
conditions of unchanging slag discharge amount and equipment power
