A: Please check if the battery has been exhausted. As the battery
may still discharge during transportation, it is recommended that
you charge the helmet for 3 to 4 hours before using it.

A: Wearable head circumference is 56cm-61.5cm.
Q3. How long it will last if I only use bluetooth?
A: It will last 6-8 hours if you only use bluetooth for music
