Description:
Disc-type scaffolding, the support frame is divided into vertical rods, horizontal rods, and inclined rods.
There are eight holes on the disc, and four small holes are
dedicated to the horizontal rods;
The four large holes are dedicated to the inclined rod.
The connection methods of the horizontal bar and the inclined bar
are all bolt-type,
which can ensure that the bar and the vertical bar are firmly
connected.
The cross bar and slant bar joints are specially manufactured
according to the arc of the pipe.
The main components are: crossbar, vertical rod, top support, bottom support, ladder, pedal, disc, inclined rod

1. Advanced technology
The disc-type connection method is the international mainstream
scaffold connection method. The reasonable node design can achieve
that the force transmission of each rod passes through the center
of the node.
2. Raw material upgrade
The main materials are all low-alloy structural steel (national
standard Q345B)
3. Hot dip galvanizing process
The main components are made of internal and external hot-dip
galvanized anti-corrosion technology, which not only improves the
service life of the product.
4. Large bearing capacity
Taking the 60 series heavy-duty support frame as an example, the
allowable bearing capacity of a single pole with a height of 5
meters is 9.5 tons (safety factor is 2), and the damage load
reaches 19 tons, which is 2-3 times that of traditional products.
5. Less dosage and light weight
Under normal circumstances, the distance between the poles is 1.5
meters, 1.8 meters, the step distance of the horizontal bar is 1.5
meters, the maximum distance can reach 3 meters, and the step
distance can reach 2 meters.
