Menstrual Heat Patch: Menstrual heat patch is single use air-activated heat packs that provide 8 hours adjuvant therapy to help relieve premenstrual syndrome and severe menstrual cramps. Its penetrating heat action radiates through to the source of pain - helps to increase blood circulation, decrease stiffness and relax sore muscles.
How it works: When the pouch is opened, the iron powder inside heat cells reacts with oxygen in the air causing it to heat up gently. The heating patch reaches a maximum temperature of 45℃-47℃/113℉-117℉ and stays at this temperature for 8-10 hours.
