Introduction
300mm tapered roller reamer Tapered roller reamer is a commonly
used drilling tool in rock formation excavation. The tapered roller
reamer produced by our company is suitable for all kinds of
trenchless drilling rigs, and can be used for the expansion of
various rock formations. The specification range is Φ260-1800mm.

Cutting structure: all surfaces of the rear cone and teeth are
hardened, improving the shape of the steel teeth and welding

Features
Cutting structure
The reamer is mainly composed of four or more cones. The use of
high-quality tungsten carbide hard surface or high-quality tungsten
carbide blade formula and a new cutting structure can improve the
wear resistance of the reamer. The helmsman is a tri-cone bit.
Sealing and lubrication
High-performance HNBR o-shaped sealing ring for bearing sealing,
high-grade grease for lubrication.

compressive strength and high drillability, such as shale, clay,
