 SNS Flexible Slope security wire mesh, made with Rockfall netting slope security wire mesh as major components, is an open system to reinforce slopes. It can be divided into active protection system and passive protection system. The covering protection type is called active system while the holding protection type is called passive system.
 
SNS Active Slope Protection System
SNS active slope protection systems(also known as a passive SNS protection system)are more commonly referred to as rockfall netting as they are a wire rope net made of a steel wire rope. This rope is used in combination with installation components such as a wire rope anchor, sewing rope, and boundary rope, and are attached to the side. The surface of the sloping mountain body prevents gravel from falling, and due to the wire rope’s flexibility, the mesh surface not only features an outstanding protective performance, but also easily adapts to uneven slopes for an excellent protective performance.
 

 
SNS Passive Slope Protection System
The SNS passive slope protection system is also known as a stone blocking mesh. It consists of a variety of components, including an SNS slope protection mesh, steel wire mesh, decompression rings, supporting rope, sewing rope, PC bar and steel column.
Although it is also made of wire rope nets made of steel wire rope, unlike the SNS active slope protection system, the SNS passive slope protection system is a protective net wall typically installed under a slope or mountain (or mid-mountain) so that when stone slides, the passive slope protection system acts as a protective wall to prevent impact caused by falling stone and prevent any loss caused by the falling stones.
 
                                

The Rockfall protection system can be used to prevent geological disasters of various slopes and avalanche slope, bank erosion, blasting stone fly, falling objects and other hazards in hydropower station, civil transportation and mining engineering. overcomes the inconvenience of traditional ways to reinforce slopes, improves the effect of the vegetation, brings ecological and social benefits.
