Plc control Bag-on-valve 2-in-1 machine is composed of gas filling-sealing machine, liquid filling machine, PLC control system, and workbench. It is applicable for binary(bag-on-valve) aerosol packing products making, this machine filling gas under-cap and crimping at the same working position, then filling liquid trough valve. The whole machine adopts PLC and touch screen control system, easy operation, security, precise metering, high precision filling volume.

This machine is semiautomatic, there is a single working table seated on the working table which combines the function of vacuum, propellant filling and crimping, more economic propellants are optional for customer such as N2, Co2, DME,PLG.Ar or even compressed air.

This machine is aiming to charge the liquid material into bag through the valve, since material is insolated into bag and will not touch propellant, thus this machine is widely used for pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic and other bag on valve products manufacturing. A2: Our factory is located in Guangzhou, China. You could visit us by taxi or by metro. It’s only 20 minutes from our factory to Baiyun International Airport. You also could choose by metro with line 3 only two stations from Airport South to Longgui Station (Near by our factory), then we could arrange a car to pick you up there.
