Installing Gypsum Board
- Preparation: Ensure the surface of the wall or ceiling is flat, dry, and clean.
- Measurement and Cutting: Measure and cut the gypsum board to the required dimensions using
a protractor and cutting tools.
- Positioning: Determine the installation position of the gypsum board and secure
it to the wall or ceiling using wall fasteners or wooden studs.
- Installation: Place the gypsum board in the designated position and secure it to
the wall or ceiling using drywall screws and joint compound.
- Joint Filling: Fill the joints and screw holes between gypsum boards with joint

Packaging & Transportation

structures inside the truck or container, may be taken for
long-distance transportation.
- Unloading: Upon arrival at the destination, the gypsum boards will
be unloaded and inspected to ensure that they have not been damaged
during transportation. If any damage is found, it should be
promptly reported to the supplier or transportation company for
claims and compensation.
- Storage: If the gypsum boards are not immediately used, they should
be stored in a dry, ventilated place away from water and moisture
to prevent dampness or deformation.
