Direct Sales Fire Resistant Gypsum Board Ceiling 1220X2440Mm 9Mm
Interior Drywall Plasterboard
Introduction of Fire Resistant Plasterboard
Fire-resistant gypsum board is a commonly used construction
material for walls, ceilings, and partitions. It is made from a
mixture of gypsum and other additives to provide fire-resistant
properties, offering a certain degree of protection in the event of
a fire. Fire-resistant gypsum board typically has higher density
and durability while maintaining the lightweight and ease of
processing of traditional gypsum boards. Additionally, it provides
good sound insulation and thermal insulation, meeting various
requirements of construction projects and complying with relevant
building safety standards.

Feature of Fire Resistant Plasterboard
- Fire Resistance: Fire-resistant gypsum boards offer effective fire protection in
the event of a fire, slowing down the spread of flames.
- High Density and Durability: Typically, fire-resistant gypsum boards have high density and
durability, ensuring stability and longevity in construction.
- Lightweight and Easy to Work With: Despite their high density, fire-resistant gypsum boards are
lightweight and easy to work with, facilitating construction and
installation processes and saving on labor and time costs.
- Good Sound Insulation and Thermal Insulation: In addition to fire resistance, fire-resistant gypsum boards
provide good sound insulation and thermal insulation, improving
indoor comfort and environmental quality.
- Compliance with Safety Standards: Production and application of fire-resistant gypsum boards comply
with building safety standards, making them reliable construction
materials that enhance overall safety and reliability of buildings.
Application of Fire Resistant Plasterboard
Fire-resistant gypsum board is mainly used as materials for
decoration and partitioning of building interior walls, partition
walls, ceiling and floor. Due to its excellent fireproof
performance, it is widely used in public buildings, commercial
buildings, industrial buildings, residential buildings and other
places.
Packaging & Transportation
- Packaging: Gypsum boards are typically cut to appropriate sizes on
the production line and then packaged to protect their surfaces
from damage. Common packaging materials include plastic film,
cardboard boxes, or wooden crates. The packaging process ensures
that the edges and surfaces of the gypsum boards are not subjected
to abrasion or impact.
- Labeling: During the packaging process, important information such
as product model, quantity, production date, manufacturer, etc., is
usually marked on the packaging. This helps in tracking and
managing during transportation and delivery.
- Transportation: Gypsum boards are usually transported by truck or
container. During transportation, it is important to avoid severe
vibrations and shaking to prevent damage to the gypsum boards.
Additional protective measures, such as using fillers or support
structures inside the truck or container, may be taken for
long-distance transportation.
- Unloading: Upon arrival at the destination, the gypsum boards will
be unloaded and inspected to ensure that they have not been damaged
during transportation. If any damage is found, it should be
promptly reported to the supplier or transportation company for
claims and compensation.
- Storage: If the gypsum boards are not immediately used, they should
be stored in a dry, ventilated place away from water and moisture
to prevent dampness or deformation.
