Pop Pins ,which fuction is to be the adjuster of position for exercise equipment looks a very simple parts for gym equipment ,but any parts are to adjust anywhere to be moving actually are just the points .
The top part of the pin is the cap , it is made by plastic material , for any plastic material ,it is easy to be worrying about the broken issue , so we never use any recycle material but new material , it works keeping a durable quality no matter how much strength the users have ,the part between the steel screw and plastic teeches is more strengthen .
The part in the middle is the screw which made by steel with plating ,we can make starndard size or Eu size as requested . also the plating could be Zn or Cr as you like , regards the length of the screw , it is optional aas long as you like ,it deponds on the designs of your machines which has to be confirmed before purchase from us . but the diameter of the screw is to be confirmed as the common pupular item because of the cost of moldings are there if any special new diameter designs.
The bottom of part is the pole which is assemble to connect the pipe holes of the machines ,just it is used to select the holes decide the position of your posture for exercises . it is also made by steel by CR or ZN plating ,normally Zn plating is enough to keep quality use , we have flat and shark shape designs which could be optional anytime .
