Details of Gunite Sprayer:
Gunite sprayer is widely used in tunnel, culvert, subway,
hydroelectric engineering, underground engineering and mine roadway
shotcrete construction in high marsh mine. When use the gunite
sprayer please pay attention to whether the direction of operation
is the same as the direction of arrow, pay attention to avoid the
heating of friction plate.

Operation Method of Gunite Sprayer:
After the preparation work is finished, the mixing material can be
added to the machine. The machine operator should first open the
main valve, the valve of the upper air duct opens 1/3 circles, and
then adjust the air pressure of the lower air duct (to the cyclone)
to about 0.05-0.1 MPa (depending on the delivery distance). Then
the sprayer opens the nozzle valve and gives the wet rock surface.
At this time, the operator can start the machine and start
shotcreting. Now the working pressure is about 0.2-0.4 MPa.
According to the water-cement ratio of mixtures and the length of
conveying distance, after adjusting and determining the wind
pressure to the cyclone, the upper air pipe valve is opened again
until there is no more material leakage at the machine outlet.
