This milk cooling system need the following items to work together to achieve good cooling performance for dairy processing. Milk factory cooling of milk at reception before stored at the SILO tanks prior to processing.

1). Air cooled glycol/water chiller- to cooling water inside the system
2). BPHE--material should be food class S/S 316L detachable plate heat exhanger
3). Water tank S/S with insulations to storage cold water for the whole dairy system
4). Cold water pumps for chiller

1. Air cooled screw/glycol chiller
(1). Complete chiller with both Closed Shell and tube tupe condenser and evaporator
2). outlet water temperature control to Minus 5 deg Celisus
(3). power 380volts, 50hz, 3phase,
(4). friendly gas like R404a, or 407c

2. Plate heat exchanger
(1). milk will goes through and be cooled by the cooling water
(2). we will advise detachable plate heat exchanger, material S/S 316L

Multi-safety protection by high and low pressure, compressor overheating, overloading, over temperature, flow switch, phase sequence, phase-missing, exhaust overheating and anti-freezing.

Heat Exchanger ( Evaporator)
(1). Shell and tube type; copper pipe working with refrigerant, and the shell is working with cold water which is supply to user.
(2). Different material like stainless steel, PPR, titanium is optional for variety request.
(3).Connection with Flange, ASME standard optional.
(4). 2.5cm Heat preservation cotton protect, make sure it heat exchange efficiency.
(5).Flow rate meter and temperature sensor. .

Some merchants in order to save costs, will be equipped with poor performance of the water pump, will cause the machine cooling effect is not good, operation is unstable, the chance of repair is high and so on. We use CNP stainless steel pumps to make the machine more durable and better.
