EP-2 fiber self-lubricating bearing series material uses high-strength glass fiber reinforced high-temperature epoxy resin as the carrier layer, special fiber and PTFE fiber as the sliding layer, which makes the bearing have excellent wear resistance under high load and low speed conditions. And a very low coefficient of friction, even in the absence of oil for a long time can still play a good self-lubricating characteristics and high bearing specific pressure. As a result, we have developed a variety of self-lubricating materials that can be adapted to different operating conditions.

 

 

Material organization

 

1. The inner lining of the wound bearing is synthesized by special PTFE fiber with high lubricity and high-strength artificial fiber, so the bearing can maintain good self-lubricity and wear resistance even without external lubrication; The lining material has a very low coefficient of friction, high compressive strength, excellent wear resistance and scratch resistance;

2. The backing is composed of high-strength epoxy glass fiber with good corrosion resistance for use in fresh water or sea water;

3. It can withstand the dynamic load of 140MPa, and can withstand huge impact load, with vibration absorption and proper self-aligning performance;

4. The bearing material will effectively form a solid lubricating film during use, so that it does not cause sticking axis when working;

5. Since the bearing materials are all non-metallic, the insulation is good and the quality is light, 75% lighter than steel and 30% lighter than aluminum;

6. The wound bearing is suitable for parts with frequent opening and closing such as rotation, rocking and linear motion;

7. Bearings are suitable for applications where lubrication is required but cannot be used or cannot be used;

8. Compared to oil-lubricated bearings, wrap-around bearings are available in a wide temperature range from -100C to +160C;

9. Compared with other non-metallic bearings, this material has low water absorption and linear expansion coefficient, and is basically similar to steel, so it can be used in air, oil, water and other media;

10. EP-2 fiber type self-lubricating bearing-wound bearing has a thermal expansion rate similar to that of steel and cast iron, and is stable even under high temperature conditions.
