What is GPO-3 material

GPO-3 sheet made from fiberglass and polyester resin and it is the glass reinforced thermoset polyester material. The fiberglass of raw material was impregnated in polyester resin and press under high temperature.

GPO-3 sheet can be machined according to client’s drawings such as drill holes ,chamfering, drill grooves and grinded surface.

The color of the sheet with white and red,both of them are the same size,raw material and properties.

GPO-3 material which we produced with very excellent properties on Electric,mechanical properties, it is very strong, dimensionally stable and impact resistant of mechanical properties,No cracking when assemble in electric equipment.

The material has certified by ROHS,REACH,UL,EN45545 for meeting clients'requirements.

What is the product feature of GPO-3 material

ve been recognized by UL ,RoHs,Reach and have the other certificates such as EN45525 from the third party which were very famous Accredited Testing Organization.

a. It is the green material with very little effect to the environmental when running in the equipment such as transformer,switch gear etc.

b. it is the halogen free product and meet the latest ROHS and Reach requirement and no effect to the human bodies when touching with this material by human.

c. Good properties on electrical and mechanical properties.

d. No cracking when assembling in the electrical equipments.

Application of this material 

GPO-3 sheet were widely used in area of transformers,switchgears,uninterruptible power supply,inverter and other electric equipment .

GPO-3 sheet were used as the support parts ,insulation sheet after machined in mentioned cabinets, because this series materials have so many advantages such as no cracking, long working temperature approximate to 155 degree centigrade, low smoke ,non-poisonous,halogen  free product ,high strength (include bending strength/tensile strength), good flame retardant rating.
