2. Codes and Standards

◆We follow China National “GB” Standard which is equivalent to ISO, ASTM, BS and JIS etc for the design, fabrication, galvanization and inspection of steel towers.

◆For materials, we use commonly-used Chinese materials Q235 (mild steel) and Q345 (high tensile steel) to substitute the materials such as ASTM A-36, ASTM A-572 and other materials.

3. Factory Equipments

Except for 14 CNC angle processing lines, CNC bending machines, CNC shearing machine, CNC pouching-drilling machines, etc, we imported 4 sets of angle processing lines and 2 CNC drilling and thermal coping lines 

4. Quality Control

We have a complete quality control and inspection process to make sure good quality of our steel towers. The inspection items include physical properties test and chemical analysis to raw materials, dimension check, wielding inspection, zinc coating inspection, prototype, etc.
