Bend Glass Washer With ECO System , Cleaning Machine For Truck Windshield Glass
1. PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS
In the process for laminated windshield glass production, the
curved windshield glasses in pair come from bending furnace on
metallic racks. The glasses are separated by pairs (inner and outer
glasses together).
Glass pairs on metallic racks will be brought to loading position
of glass processing line where they will be loaded on conveyors.
Then the glasses will be unpaired on the conveyors and move to the
washing machine: sheet by sheet (the Inner first and Outer
following). All the glasses are oriented by wings downward (Concave
down, face 4 on the belts of conveyors). After the washing machine,
dry glasses move upon conveyor to cooling tunnel (where it will be
cooled down till temperature needed for assembling with PVB
sheets).
