1. PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS

This CNC Glass Drilling Machines For Automotive Glass Sidelites Drill Holes is designed to automatically process the automotive sidelites drill hole, it can connect with the automotive pre-processing line, includes the CNC glass cutting, breaking, grinding machine. The drilling work table is installed on the fixed base, and horizontal plane rotary by servo motor, and the glass with the work table can make 360° rotation. The Glass drill spindle is divided into the upper drill and lower drill, but drill coaxial, the drills are respectively installed on the two vertical slide, through separate servo motor to drive and control the drilling depth, drill shaft on the bow frame of the X direction, and move along the X direction. To prevent shock of glass when drilling, it adopts plywood to clamp the glass during the drilling process. Upper and lower drills complete the drilling and chamfer at one time with program control.

Punch position adjustment is convenient, the error modification is simple, all adopt the digital control. 3 kw drilling motor can achieve the best effect of punch,

Description of Working Process,

The suction cups on the handling device pick up the glass from the CBG machine exit position.
Transfer the glass to the next position.
After the glass on the next position, the cups of the NO.1 Drilling station take the glass tightly.
And then rotate the glass to the correct position, the drill head move and drill by X-axis, the handling device return to the original position.
If need the NO.2 drill, the processing just as NO.1 drill
During the processing, the next piece of glass into the machine and the glass finished the processing removed out of the machine.
After finished the glass handling, rotating, moving and drilling, start a new working cycle.
