take a few presses totest welding, because of the ambient
temperature, the thickness of the material is not thesame, the
welding selection temperature of the same material is different, in
the case ofthe speed (about 2m/min) unchanged, the selection
temperature from low to high temp--erature (about 250° C-350 C)
slowly adjusted to determine the best welding effect.2.Trim the edge of the material to be welded straight, face
forward, overlap the leftbottom and right top.
3.after determining the temperature and speed, the material to be
welded is insertedbetween the two presses, so that the fuselage is
parallel to the edge of the mother village.and the press rod handle
can be welded by itself.
4.when the material is welded to the end, the press rod handle is
pressed down in timeso that the upper and lower press wheels are in
a separate state.
5.the welded material and another material into a "T" lap welding
method (Figure 1),the hot knife side of the bypass close to the
welding mark diagonal cut length of about150mm
