Features:

 

1.For Special Separated ,cutting by Six blades, Upper and down blades for one set, as a Unit. Improves the life time of blade, stability of cutting and eliminates limitation by plate length.

2. A,B and C three sets. Cutting for three Steps.

3. A set Separates 40% of V-cut Board ,next B set 40% cutting, and finally C set will cut the last 20% of V-cut Board.

4. Cutting 20% of C set, making Board be separated smoothly.

5.All the separate unit using Dual frequency laser measuring instrument for calibration, make sure the next separate after before separation path. Cutting error less than 0.02MM.
