Finger Pinch Force Measurement Transducer 0-2000N Clamping Force Sensor

Finger Pinch force sensor FCFK is made of stainless steel based on strain gauge technology to deliver maximum 0.3% non-linearity of the rated capacity intended for press force measurement. Flanged Miniature Force Sensor FCFK offers 2.2lbs / 4.4lbf / 11lbf / 22lbs / 45lb / 112lb / 225lb / 450lb eight measuring ranges to choose from, flange to flange mounting, compact design, you may find micro column force transducer FCFK applicable for compression force measurement applications where mounting space is limited, such as fixture clamping force measurement, assembly force monitoring, force distribution test, force simulator, finger pinch force measurement, etc.. Micro Column Load Cell FCFK can also be modified or customized as per client's request.

Output signal of load cell FCFK:

Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of Micro Clamping Load Cell FCFK is normally around 2.0mV/V.
Power supply of Pinch Force Sensor FCFK is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of Clamping Force Load Cell FCFK is normally within 0…+30mV.

Example one: Miniature Pinch Force Sensor FCFK-1kN with 2.0V/V sensitivity powered by 5V DC,the output range is 0mV...+10mV.
Example two: Micro Clamping Force Transducer FCFK-2kN with 2.0mV/V rated output powered by 10V DC,the output range is 0mV...+20mV.

The mV/V output from the wheatstone bridge sometimes can hardly be processed directly, a signal conditioner can be used with the load cell to deliver 0~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.

Example one: Micro Compression Force Sensor FCFK-1kN working with amplifier FSC(0-10V)-24V,the Load-Voltage relationship will be 0-1000N compression force VS 0-10V output, which is linear regardless of the measurement error, 1V output corresponds to 100N force, 2V output corresponds to 200N load, and so on.

Example two: Miniature Pinch Force Sensor FCFK-200N working with amplifier FSC(4-20mA)-24V,the Force-Current relationship will be 0-200N pinch force VS 4-20mA output, which is linear regardless of the measurement error, 4mA output corresponds to “0” load, 5.6mA output corresponds to 20N clamping load, 12mA output corresponds to 100N compressive load, and so on.

Compression force load cell FCFK can also work with digital indicator FPT to deliver below functions:

-Display force value in real time

-Peak holding to grab the maximum force during testing

-RS485 or RS232 interface

-0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA analog output

-Switch output
